VOUCHER TERMS

1. ForestHillside Glamping Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The booking must be made within this timeframe, however the stay itself can fall outside of this 24 month period.

2. If the total value of your stay at a ForestHillside Glamping site is greater than the Gift Voucher, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Voucher Holder.

3. If the total value of your stay at a ForestHillside Glamping site is less than the total value of your voucher, the difference will be credited to you in the form of a new Gift Voucher (there are no cash refunds).

4. ForestHillside Glamping Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. All ForestHillside Glamping Gift Vouchers are issued in NZD.

6. Bookings are subject to calendar availability.
