Rules for SoftPlay and Bouncy Castles

• You MUST NOT wear shoes - socks are ideal. 

• Adhere to the age limits.

• No high heels on mats.

• NO food or drinks allowed, NO face paint or paint of any sort, glitter or slime.

• NO dirt or sharp objects.

• Balls MUST remain in the ball pit. It is a timely job collecting the balls upon pick up, so having them in the pit saves a lot of time. It is also a safety procedure to have the balls enclosed.

• Adult supervision is required at ALL times.

• A backup, inside venue is always recommended. This gear cannot get wet or damp or it will cause mould, swelling and severe damage.

• Bouncy castles - if outside - must stay pegged down at all times. NO climbing over the walls is allowed or playing with the off/on switch.

• If the wind begins to pick up it is essential that the bounce house is deflated. This is to secure the safety of everyone around it.

This price is based on a three day hire, travel fees may apply. Less nights incur the same cost. If keeping for the three days, all gear must be in an inside venue.
